Proposal:
This is one of the most unique projects in Baja. Phase one will consist of 200 Condos on the beach offering full ownership and Shared ownership options, the design of these Condos is more like attached dwellings, not tower like. Phase one is flanked by a Beach Club/ Restaurant complex and a Boutique Hotel. This will incorporate a world class holistic spa and gym. The consistent theme throughout the entire project is the “River” which comes from the Marina, and meanders through Phase Two of the project which is “Clusters” of single family dwellings from two to four bedrooms, some actually utilizing the River frontage as their front yard. Homes on the River, in the middle of the desert, just imagine how this will look. The River then flows through Phase three of the project, which features a world class equestrian center, featuring all levels of equestrian skill, from the novice to the expert.
